Choosing a mattress
How do I choose the right Serta mattress?
Start with the feel you like, from Soft to Firm, and your bed size and budget. Our mattress finder asks six quick questions and suggests a few models. Comfort is personal, so we recommend lying on your shortlist at a Serta Gallery or authorised dealer before you buy.
What's the difference between a Pillow Top and a Euro Top?
A Pillow Top is a separate cushioned layer sewn on top of the mattress, for a plush first feel. A Euro Top is a padded layer sewn flush with the sides, giving a fuller, even surface. Some Serta models have both.
What sizes do Serta mattresses come in?
Single, Super Single (107 x 190 cm), Queen (152 x 190 cm), King (183 x 190 cm) and Super King (200 x 200 cm). Not every model comes in every size: each product page lists its sizes and prices.
Can I compare mattresses side by side?
Yes. Tick "Compare" on up to three mattresses, then open the compare page to see feel, height, prices by size and what is inside each one.
What is ViroSafe™?
ViroSafe™ is a treatment Serta applies to the fabrics of selected mattresses, including the Perfect Sleeper Virosafe and iPedic collections. Serta describes it as helping keep the mattress fabric more hygienic. It does not replace regular cleaning or a mattress protector.
What is Serta® Biocrystal®?
Biocrystal® is a material made from natural crystal particles, built into the iPedic collection. The best way to judge an iPedic mattress is to lie on one at a Serta Gallery.
Prices and buying
Can I buy a Serta mattress on this website?
This website is a catalogue: you can see every model, its sizes and prices, then buy at a Serta Gallery or authorised dealer. There are 12 Serta Galleries and 36 authorised dealers across Malaysia. Two ranges are sold differently: Sleeptrue is an online exclusive, and Perfect Day is sold only at MBF Mattress stores. You can also message us on WhatsApp to ask which store near you has a model.
Are the prices on the website the same in every store?
The prices shown are Serta Gallery prices effective from 15 September 2026: the recommended retail price (RRP) and the current promotional price. Prices are subject to change, and authorised dealers may have their own offers, so please confirm the price with the store.
Do you deliver and install?
Delivery and installation are arranged by the Serta Gallery or authorised dealer you buy from. Please ask the store about delivery areas, timing and any charges.
Can I see a brochure?
Yes. Serta brochures for several collections and for the Hospitality Series are on our brochures page, to read online or download as PDF.
Warranty and service
How long is the Serta warranty?
The Serta warranty period is 10 years. For the first two years after delivery, a mattress with a manufacturing defect is repaired or replaced without charge, excluding transport. After the first two years, replacement is charged at one tenth of the prevailing retail price times the number of years owned, plus transport. The full terms and exclusions are on our warranty page.
How do I register my warranty?
Fill in the online warranty registration form with your invoice and warranty numbers, the model and size, and where and when you bought it.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us. You must be the original purchaser, and you will need the invoice from where you bought the mattress. Our warranty page lists everything you need to provide.
Hotels and business
Do you supply mattresses for hotels?
Yes. The Serta Hospitality Series is made for hotels and serviced apartments. See the models and their specifications, then contact us for a quotation.
Who runs Serta in Malaysia?
Serta Malaysia is run by Aman Abadi Inovasi Sdn. Bhd., the authorised sole distributor and licensee of Serta in Malaysia since 2009.
