This website is run by Aman Abadi Inovasi Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 1055743-W) ("Serta Malaysia", "we", "us"), AL 213, Lot 890, Jalan Kampung, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

A catalogue, not a shop

This website shows Serta mattresses, their sizes and prices, and where to find them. You cannot buy, pay or place an order on this website. Purchases are made at a Serta Gallery or authorised dealer, under that store's own sales terms, including delivery, installation and payment.

Using the compare tool, the mattress finder or a WhatsApp message does not reserve stock or a price.

Prices and promotions

  • Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM). They are Serta Gallery prices from the price list effective 15 September 2026: the recommended retail price (RRP) and the current promotional price.
  • Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice, and may differ at authorised dealers. The price you pay is the one confirmed by the store at the time of purchase.
  • We try to keep prices accurate. If a price on the website is wrong, the store's confirmed price applies.

Product information and photos

  • Product descriptions, layers, heights and comfort levels come from Serta's price list and brochures. Specifications may change; please check the model in store.
  • Photos are for illustration. Bed frames, headboards, bedding, pillows and backgrounds are not part of the mattress, and colours on screen may look different from the real product.
  • Comfort levels from Soft to Firm are a guide only. Comfort is personal, so we recommend trying a mattress before you buy.
  • The mattress finder suggests models based only on your answers and the information we list. It is not professional or medical advice.

Warranty

Serta mattresses are covered by the Serta warranty described on our warranty and service page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

Forms and messages

When you send us a form (contact, warranty registration or job application), please give accurate information that you are allowed to share. Do not send content that is unlawful, offensive or harmful, or files that contain viruses. We use what you send as described in our privacy policy. Sending a form does not create a contract, and a job application does not mean a job offer.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

  • copy, change or republish the website or its content without our written permission;
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the website;
  • use automated tools to collect content or contact details from the website.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

Trademarks and content

Serta, the Serta logo, the counting sheep and the names of Serta products are trademarks of their owner and are used in Malaysia under licence. Photos, text, brochures and the design of this website belong to Serta Malaysia or its licensors. You may download brochures for your own reference.

The website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on information on the website rather than confirming it with a store, or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
